I've got hit by the flu bug today! My eyes were tearing and nose was runny! What an agony! As if it's not sad enough that I have to stay in hall on a saturday night because I need to study for my exams. Just 10 more days to liberation actually. So I should stop complaining.
Went for Little shAwn's 8th birthday party on friday. We had a little barbecue and the little amberLYnn and jOEy were having lots of fun trying to fan off all the smoke with their paper plates! (amber is 3 and joey is 4 years old) Soon after when they got bored of it, they went to play this "calling" game. Here it goes:
Two girls stood one metre apart. Each holding up a toy mobile. One start to speaks. The other try not to look at her, pretending she was somewhere else. Then the conversation begins with the *invisible* friend, who is actually right in front of her. Haha~ kids are really little darlings right?
Oh well! I just couldn't resist the temptation - apparently I signed up to write a novel (read: 50,000 words)in 30 days. Got to know about it from the same person who likes T.H. as much as I do.
I've always enjoy writing and like what they said - if I don't do it now, I'll never. And I had enough of writing academic papers for the entire semester! The only and hmm maybe the biggest obstacle I have now are the EXAMS! They only host this every Nov, which means I would be having exams too, so since I end early, might as well try this year.
Oh I promised myself that I can only write up to 5,000 words before my last paper on the 18th. I really can't afford to distract myself like that. Okay wish me luck!
