Exhausted!
I have just completed my bibliographical assignment for US Media! Feeling extremely tired but enriched. While attempting to fomulate my essay topic and doing research for books and films, I learned so much!

My essay topic in brief: What is the role of Cold War films in reflecting and shaping the American perceptions in 1960s?

Here are the films:

1) Dr Strangelove or: How I learned to stop worrying and love the bomb by Stanley Kubrick

2) Ice Station Zebra by John Sturges

3) The Manchurian Candidate by John Frankenheimer

4) The Bedford Incident by James Harris

5) Fail-Safe by Sidney Lumet

Okay I'll try to provide some links to these films - That is when I'm finally free!

Yes - There is a whole wide world of knowledge for me to explore. I can't wait to do it! If I can get to do honours, I'll probably do a thesis on films.. or maybe the Soong Sisters.

Okay I need to sleep now. I have to be up in 5 hours' time.

Good night.
