Term Break
The term break starts on the 20th (Mon) and ends on the 23rd (Thurs). I'm amazed at how stingy they could get. And the best part: my classes on friday are still on as usual! How much difference would one day make?

Actually I was contemplating going Bangkok for a few days since my buddy would be there for a field trip. But as soon as the thought of the aftermath of the trip - suffering from bangkok withdrawal syndrome - came to my mind, I abandoned the plan swiftly. For three weeks after I came back from my trip in July, nothing in Sg could perk me up. Not even the Mango sales. So well, I knew for sure I wouldn't be able to concentrate, so I've got to stay here to do what I'm supposed to do - three tests, two papers and projects to complete!

I am going to the library tomorrow!

Daddy spent more than 5 hours in the kitchen and prepared a sumptuous meal for the entire family (plus aunt agnes, joey and shawn). We had cod fish, stirred fried broccoli and carrot with oyster sauce, tom yam soup with handmade meat balls, marinated pork ribs and black soya sauce prawns. Are you watering already? My daddy's such a great cook, but he's impatient (I takes after him for that!) so being his personal assistant in the kitchen is a tough job! Luckily I retreated to the dining table to work on my new chocolate pie! It was my first attempt but it turned out quite well! One more baby step to being more domesticated!

Oh yah, and Mid-Autumn Festival is around the corner - 28th if I am not wrong. Daddy got me nice snow-skin mooncakes from Mariott. Green-tea flavour, but I would prefer white lotus paste. So which mooncakes are your favourites?
