Argued over my diet, how stupid is that.
I'm trying to diet! I'm trying to salvage my horrible digestive system! I'm trying to rid of the bloatiness that I had been experiencing!
I'm not trying to be so thin as to rival all of you out there!
Stop trying to force me to eat those unhealthy food or try to tempt me. Cos I just wanna be healthy again, cos I just want you to be supportive. Stop doing things like that.
Not that I have stopped eating altogether, I'm just trying to avoid fried food, cut down on carbohydrate intake and skip supper. But of course I am still human and will succumb to temptations occasionally because I know depriving myself completely will foil my plans.
I am thankful that you had encouraged me to start running again and appreciate you being firm about our training program but if I were to eat up those things again, even after one session of running, all my efforts would have been futile, I'll be back to square one again. Is it so hard to understand? Why are you so mad at me for refusing that damn burger and the rootbeer? Why???
Am I wrong to want to diet to stay healthy?
