Take the chill pill
Because work is just work. It is not everything and it should not be everything.

That's what I try to tell myself whenever things get overwhelming then emotions start overflowing.

Really, there is more to my life.

Just can't help but be demoralised. Gosh! I know working life can be challenging, but I sure didn't expect myself to be so affected. To the extent that I would doubt myself. Or maybe I'm just too hard on myself.

Need to take the chill pill. It's not the end of world!

How how how do pple put up with all these to work their way up the corporate ladder?
